Miss Tiana

Miss Tiana has been training since the age of 8 in a wide variety of dance styles including; Jazz, Acro, Lyrical/Contemporary, Open, Hip Hop and Ballet. Tiana had begun her competitive training with Miss Shereeka between the ages of 8-15, who was able to help Tiana expand her knowledge of dance. Through her many years of experience she was awarded the Luv 2 Dance Teen Most Potential 2018.

 

Miss Tiana has attended conventions and/or workshopsmany both with House of Fame as well as through the Arts/Culture SHSM program at St. Edmund Campion. Some workshops include; The Next Step, Luv 2 Dance National Elite Performance Team, Luv 2 Dance Convention, Heels (By: Alex Pollard), Isaiah Peck.

Tiana is a 4th year student of St. Edmund Campion, also taking part in one of the school's many SHSM (Special, High, Skills, Major) programs. She enrolled in the Arts/Culture SHSM providing her with substantial resources and opportunities aiding her teaching career. Miss Tiana is the captain and choreographer of the St.Edmund Campion’s competitive dance team’s Jazz and Open/Contemporary groups. Last year she was able to lead her group at competition bringing home a diamond for their team.

In the near future, Miss Tiana plans on studying education in the art of dance throughout her time in university. Miss Tiana then plans to integrate her love of dance with the Special Needs programs in both school communities and to the public. As a dance teacher Miss Tiana tries her best to connect with each of her students.
